About your table - because it is html, the table will always shrink if it doesn't have anything in the cells. As soon as you put something in there, the cells expand to fit the size of the text. Try doing that and see if it works. To make your table align to the right or to centre it is not easy. Best advice I can give is to point you to the wikispaces discussion forum where people have asked similar questions and you can check out the answers for yourself. It probably involves fiddling with the CSS. What I think you are doing is scanning your document as an image and that is why it is so large. Do you have OCR software that came with your scanner?
